Develop and enhance the company's employer brand through social media, career events, and all candidate communications to attract top talent.
Conduct Onboarding process.
Bachelor's degree in psychology with min 3 years of experience in the same field
Strong competency in Talent Acquisition Process (Sourcing, Selection, Placement, Onboarding)
Willing to be placed in Head Office - Surabaya
