Content Planning & Strategy
Develop creative content ideas and concepts that align with ZUMA’s brand identity, campaign objectives, and target audience.
Create structured content plans and content calendars for social media, product campaigns, promotional activities, and brand communication needs.
Monitor market trends, digital culture, social media movements, and competitor activity to generate timely and relevant ideas.
Translate marketing objectives into clear, engaging, and platform-relevant content strategies.
Content Production & Execution
Produce and execute content in various formats, including static content, short videos, reels, campaign visuals, behind-the-scenes content, and other digital assets.
Prepare content briefs, scripts, captions, and visual directions for production needs.
Coordinate content shoots and production processes with internal teams and external vendors or talents when needed.
Ensure all content is delivered on schedule and meets the expected creative and brand quality standards.
Brand Communication & Creative Development
Maintain consistency in brand tone of voice, storytelling style, and visual identity across all content platforms.
Develop content that strengthens brand awareness, improves engagement, and supports product storytelling.
Create content that feels relevant, appealing, and relatable to the target audience, especially in lifestyle and retail contexts.
Contribute fresh creative ideas for new campaigns, product launches, seasonal moments, and special brand activations.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Marketing, Design, Product, and other related teams to ensure content output supports campaign and business goals.
Participate in brainstorming and creative discussions to develop stronger campaign ideas and communication angles.
Coordinate content requirements for promotional programs, social media activities, brand campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
Ensure alignment between creative execution and business priorities.
Content Quality Control & Performance Improvement
Review content before publication to ensure quality, relevance, message clarity, and consistency with brand standards.
Monitor content performance and audience response across digital platforms.
Use insights, engagement data, and feedback to improve future content direction and execution.
Continuously explore new ideas, formats, and approaches to enhance content effectiveness.
Senior Role Contribution
Take an active role as a senior team member in maintaining the overall quality and consistency of content output.
Contribute strategic and creative input to improve the team’s content development process.
Support smoother project execution by helping manage priorities, timelines, and coordination needs.
Help drive a more proactive, creative, and trend-responsive content culture within the team.
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related role
Candidates with background or experience in fashion, F&B, or FMCG are highly preferred
Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels
Able to create creative concepts, engaging captions, and relevant content for target audiences
Familiar with video production processes
Proficient in content editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
Up to date with trends, digital culture, and audience behavior
Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines
