Industrial Engineering Supervisor

Supervise IE team operations including time studies, method analysis, efficiency reporting, bottleneck tracking and Continuous Improvement

Lead CI in identifying and implementing process and facility improvements

Review, improve and implement Engineering processes and SOPs as needed or directed by upper management

Review and approve SMV calculations and capacity projections for new styles

Coordinate line layout planning and improvements with production leaders

Support pilot runs, line balancing, and process troubleshooting

Communicate with QA and PD to align construction feasibility with efficiency

Co-lead daily production performance review with QC, instructing Production on improvements and process updates

Ensure that reporting standards are achieved and reports are updated daily

5+ years in industrial engineering for soft goods or footwear

2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role

Proficient in time study tools, line balancing software, and Excel

Understanding of lean principles and sewing construction techniques

Familiar with MES software and application
