To be responsible to achieve Sales Budget for the East Java Market for the Group’s Product range.
To motivate, monitor and train existing distributor(s).
To develop key end user accounts not managed by distributor and sell to these directly
Regular communication & report on activities (weekly, monthly, special case report).
Needs to work out of home.
Extensive training in Jakarta and on the job will be given.
Engineering background with sales/marketing experience – however if no technical background, then we need strong sales/marketing experience with technical products.
Experience : 3–5 years selling engineering products in the Bulk Material Handling field e.g. Conveyor Rollers, Belts, Motorized Pulleys, Gearbox, Pumps, etc
Has knowledge and understanding of Bulk Handling industrial customers in East Java.
Ability to speak and write English an advantage.
Must be willing to travel extensively within the East Java but most likely will be based in Surabaya.
Prefer reasonable basic salary and high incentives/commissions.
Personal integrity and ability to work independently – utmost importance.
